D and I got your postcard a week or so ago---nice of you to think of us. Happy New Year to you as well. By the looks of your blog, you're doing quite well and staying busy. Speaking of your blog, I've been enjoying all your recent posts. It took me a while to catch, but now that I have, I feel like I can really picture some significant aspects of your life. That's a testament to your evocative writing, which seems to have gotten increasingly poetic over time. Anyway, I think it's great, so keep it up! Oh, and the photos on your latest post are amazing.
As for us, all is well here. Wedding planning is in high gear, and the semester is keeping me on my toes. Nothing else to report, which I guess is a good thing at this point. The winter has been a mild one so far, so for once I can't even complain about that.
Well, like I said, it was nice to hear from you. Stay well and keep in touch.
